We also cook our meals without additives or preservatives and with a minimum amount of salt. Our kitchen is nut and peanut free and respects all of the MAPAQ requirements. Meals that are low in fat are identified by

For the past 15 years Stop Gourmet has been offering prepared meals in a commercial kitchen that respects the norms of the government (MAPAQ). We started as a local specialty food and coffee shop in 2005. We now deliver a couple of hundred thousand meals every year in Montreal and the South Shore.
We do not add in our recipes any additives or preservatives and we cook with a minimal amount of salt.

Our meals are not taxable, so the price you see is the price you pay. No surprise ! Portions are generous and recipes flavourful. For orders of over $100, you get a free meal of your choice and 2 free meals when your order is $150 or more.
